Hopefully there is no tenant recertification because if there is, they may not be eligible to reside in their affordable housing anymore because they own a property within 100 mile radius NYC. Based on HPD compliance, even if they own a property outside 100 mile radius, it will still be counted as an asset & if the calculation is above the cap, they also won't be eligible anymore.
