I just logged into my account and notice that there is an application that states Ineligible in bright green, “Your application does not match the income and household size guidelines for this project” & was updated on 9/9.
I am within the income guidelines and my income hasn’t changed since I’ve applied, so idk what they are talking about. And I never received any email stating there was an update on my application on the website.
Who do I contact? Do I write a message on the comment section on the site? I don’t understand what happened here.

Does the building have multiple AMI ranges? I've heard that being a reason too. Sometimes someone qualifies for 80% AMI and not 130% AMI, and because all of the 80% AMI apartments are taken they tag you as ineligible when they get to your log number if only 130% AMI apartments are left.
Yes the building had different ami. But if that was the case they should say no apartments left in your ami like the old connect sited did. Anyways thanks for the response.
I certainly have "No units remaining" a green banner on a couple of lotteries. Unless someone pushed a wrong button you might want to take a closer look.

No, it won't necessarily say that. You could be ineligible if they only have 2 bedrooms left and you're a single person household, or if you need 2 beds and they only have studios left, etc.

I just received an ineligible banner due to building not have any available units I had to contact property management for a true answer
My curious story is that I received an Ineligibility notice on Friday at 10:46 pm (can it be anything other than automated message) for 123 Hope St (from the old Housing Connect). My log is 42,### and the Ineligibility reason - "The income listed on your application does not meet the requirements for the units in this project." (It didn't back then at the time of application)
One could think this log # should receive "no units available", if anything at all. Although I'm still inclined to think that they just push random buttons that don't correspond the real reason, I submitted my appeal anyway.
Yet, how on earth a log in 42K could receive a unit. Well at least this oddity has made my day.
