The one-bedroom list moves the fastest. A couple of years ago I read the complex has about 70 one-bedroom vacancies a year. (Penn South is taking 600 names for the one-bedroom list.)
This is complicated by the fact that there are about 200 people still on the one-bedroom wait list from prior years.
The studio list moves much more slowly, and the two-bedroom list (not being opened at present) even more slowly.

I have two kids at home, both in their early 20s. I had them set up Housing Connect (old) accounts to sign up for the Penn South lottery. I think this makes sense since, if they are lucky enough to make the list, they wont be called for several years.
Is this allowed? Any thoughts?
