Has anyone else heard about 310 Livingston? I came across it via an ad.

https://theguildbkaffordable.com/

It says "Qualified applicants will be selected through a lottery to lease affordable, rent-stabilized apartments at 310 Livingston. The lottery is run in cooperation with Lonicera, NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development, and the non-profit Settlement Housing Fund, Inc. Lottery launching January 1st 2022 and closing March 31st."

Lists 80% and 130% AMI. Central downtown Brooklyn location.

I couldn't find any mention of the project searching the NYC HPD or Settlement Housing Fund websites.

Looks like the developer filed plans for the complex in Oct 2018 (https://therealdeal.com/2018/10/18/l...plex-in-dobro/)

I haven’t heard of it but I’m definitely applying when it comes available. I love the area and the rent is actually affordable for my bracket.

The rent for the 130% is ridiculous. No way I would pay almost $2700 for a one bedroom there. As ridiculous as Willoughby.

Wow it’s huge! Very sad that not many units are avail in the lower AMI. You’d think they realized it’s harder to fill those units by now

I also noticed they pushed the due date for applications back like they did with Kent. I don’t think that’s going to make a difference in them filling the higher AMIs . It just doesn’t make sense

15xxx. I actually really wanted this one. I’m going for a 2bd. It’s not that many. So I can count this one out! Fingers crossed for a low log number with 266 Kent and one bell
