I am still waiting to be approved there are people ahead of me as per management. So depending if those people qualify or take their unit, I would have to wait..

Hello! Today I was contacted to submit documents. How has the process been for you guys ? I’m currently in another housing connect apartment. I submitted all my documents same day. How is the property with communication? And how long has it taken from start to move in day?

The process for each applicants is different, it all depends .
Heard the property management and marketing agents for this lottery building they are responsive and good.
Very responsive I submitted my documents today I was contacted about an hour later. She discussed my AMI and stated there are only studios left which I am fine with but there are lower log numbers than me so I have to wait for them to finish the screening process.
My log number is #114* with an AMI of 100% for a 1bed or 2 bed...... I think they have passed by my application . On the portal it says that my application is received and pending too. should I contact the fifth avenue committee? Does anyone has the number?

If you ONLY qualify for 100% AMI, the reason they did passed your log#( not asking you to submit documents) , probably because there are NOmore units left in 100% AMI . You are probably on waiting list for 100% AMI
UPDATE: I am approved !!! I will be seeing the studio (which is what is remaining) next week !!!!!
