It's legit. It's bit wonky at times but just keep at it.

It’s not scam. Some lottery buildings collect documents via third party management to speed up the process. If you’re worried, you should call your lottery management and ask about it.

Default Steps to verify Pronto Housing with building you were selected for

It helps move the process quicker. Less work for them since the Housing Connect site is kinda trash. Hope this helps those of u who are freaking out. Lol use the number I left on here to verify if it makes you feel better ! :-) I wish u all good luck and good living in the lotteries!
Thats not the number you want to call to confirm if they're a scam or not. That number you provided is specifically for the leasing and compliance team at the Halletts Point 7 lottery who is also using the Pronto Housing platform to lease up applicants.

If you received an invite from Pronto Housing for further processing, just do the following:

1. Find out which building / lottery you are selected or invited for
2. Contact the leasing specialists handling that specific building and lottery directly by phone call or in-person
3. Confirm with them if they are using the Pronto Housing software to process applicants (This will be an easy answer)

Honestly, you're kind of lucky if you get to do it through Pronto Housing. Way easier to upload docs than housing connect plus you get to provide esigns on the same webpage once forms are ready. For me it's mostly peace of mind not having to worry about printed versions of my personal docs laying around over the office and multiple desks from what I saw how these building do this in the past. This way, everything is online in one place which usually means management can track who was going through your files and provide faster updates
