According to my count, here is how many postings there have been on each day of the week:

I made a spreadsheet that summarizes everything that has been posted (and when it was posted), if you're interested in checking it out: https://rb.gy/sahokv

I just checked the lists, out of 33 one bedroom, there were only 3 that i was eligible for and out of those, i would be comfortable with only two and out of those two one was the 4th July listing and the other one i was late to submit for by maybe few seconds.
The stats are not that good for the whole listing. I still feel like i have more chances of getting a place here than all of the listing I have applied for in housing connect since my log numbers are very high .

You're welcome! Thanks to everyone here for posting the available apartments. I check as often as I can, but often miss some.

I agree, Sabavoon! I only qualify for a handful of the Stuytown apartments, but it still feels like the odds are better with this than other lotteries. That being said, I've stopped checking the site as often as I had been, so my odds with Stuytown aren't even looking too great at this point.

I still think the odds here are way better than other places. But they have not posted since last Tuesday.

☹️ But on the bright side, there have been a couple of posts on the 2021 Stuytown lottery thread saying they received offers. Those apartments are cheaper than the ones we are seeing here, so maybe the supply is opening up.

I stopped checking the site in the morning since I have an application in process and I haven't heard back from the team either. I wonder if the team took some time off?
