No it's a lottery they have preferences there's Community bored preference disability preference city worker preference and then General preference. I fall in a mobility/general preference. The reason why I fall into those two preferences is because if there are no more Mobility Apartments left by time they reach my number. I'm automatically moved into the general population. 5% of the apartments are Mobility Apartments there are 127 Apartments. So that means there are six Mobility Apartments. They're supposed to do DP, CB, CW and then a general population. I may or may not get an apartment I'm hopeful that I will receive an apartment.
