4,xxx. Not that interested, iirc with the prior posting for this building the units are tiny. I'd probably go see it if called though. Anyone who tours will have to report back on the multiple addresses/possible poor door situation.

Housing Connect listing says building has 50% preference for community board resident. Log #6230 and was just asked for documents.
