It is as there's like 7 Apts. LOL. Why do they do this? Why don't these developers have like 100 Apts that folks can get through Hc

This is crazy! Log 12,xxx and they just asked for documents. OK yes I have CB, but still. What are they doing, asking for docs from everyone?

Interesting, they updated the listing to include that there are preferences. Those weren't showing before. 4,xxx with CB and ME, I'm declining. Units look tiny, hate that the only bath in the 1br are through the bedroom, and I don't like the 3 addresses, things are fishy with this building.

This building was previously listed (with a different address) with more units available, so it’s not only 7 for the whole building lol. I guess it’s 7 remaining from the original lottery (which I think was 70-80ish units)

This is the second time I’ve been asked to submit documents (the first time was with 5920 Bay Parkway) and I never heard back from them. I’ll still submit documents, but I feel like I will not be hearing back from this location as well. This is so frustrating…

Reside tend to send out hundreds or even thousands of document request, even if the lottery consist of only 3 apartments. Way more than other management company. They're notorious. When they inevitably have a data breach, I'm sure it will be super fun for all of us.
