I want to get a thread started to get as much information as possible. I want to know what everyone thinks are the worst streets for traffic and also the worst times for traffic in NYC.

Is Queens Blvd just bad during the rush hour or is it all day bad traffic? I have driven it on the weekends and it wasn't too bad. I know FDR has heavy traffic 24/7.
