when i go to Bay Plaza to shop I sometimes take Kingsland Avenue right into Bartow from Astor Avenue--some slamming homes in that area

Took a walk around the area (allerton avenue and south of it towards pelham parkway north and above it towards the gunhill station) must say you guys are very much in point, above allerton it starts to decline a bit, from allerton moving south it gets nice, some nice homes in the area as rlrl said. Would rather pelham parkway south tho tbh (for the convenience of closer transportation) but area on allerton is fine. a bit further walk to the parkway but as said it was a better walk than say gun hill which is a bit rougher. hopefully i get something part time and could move to pelham parkway south, really like it
