my 20 year old kitchen table which is round 43 inches wide and about 29 inches high off the ground has seen better days. it leans over to one side

in thinking how i might be able to take it downstairs to throw out, my apt door is 33 inches wide and the tabletop is 43 inches wide

can i get away with rolling the table on it's side thru the door (will it fit that way?) or would you recommend unscrewing it (screws are those wide ones)?

i might replace it with a little $25 table they sell at the discount store or a better table preferably one piece preferably 43 inches or less

know of any places that sell one piece kitchen tales?

Separate it from the stand with a screwdriver and just haul it out.

The $25 table would suffice for the time being. A bistro style table of wrought iron is a real great style that will last forever.

I had a couch that was a chore to get in my place. When I wanted to get rid of it I put and add on craigslist reading "free to a good home. Only catch is you have to get it out of here" got 4 e-mails in 10 minutes gave it to the first girl who sent movers.
