How can i report theft of energy service at ConEd? Is there any web page for it? I search in Google as well as look into ConEd site. there is no information which I seek for. Please let me know how can I report theft?

why dont you simply call up customer service at Con Ed. Im sure they can get you the right person. Hope your neighbor doesnt find you it was you that reported them.

No, that's not it. The OP has another thread about getting 4 bills on a 3 family house.

OP, CALL CON ED. No one can answer your questions because we don't have all the information such as # of meters, etc. You may have a unique situation.

I called them and told that my bills was not right, but they asked me to investigate myself with Electrician. So i went to breaker for all outlets and shut it off for 5 mins. But Meter is keeping going for 1kw. So should I called police to find out?

This bills is for hall way lights and basement only. We don't use basement at all. In basement we don't have washer/dryer. We simply has 1 bulb at main gate, 3 bulbs in stair way. We switch on the main gate light from 6PM to 6AM. And we use only stair way light whenever it is necessary. Other time, we don't use stair way lights at all. But the bill came up for $105 using of 4 light blubs ([SIZE=2]323 Kwh used)[/SIZE]. So for last week, it was use about 70 Kwhs already. it was too much. Now I feel like that this is electric theft.

Call the police...ask for the Detective Squad..in particular, the Electric Bureau.
