Hello! I am planning on studying business in New York City and I hope to go to Columbia University, however I know that isnt likely. Do you know any more good business schools in New York City? Preferably in Manhattan? Thank you! I hope to study business management and administration. And run things like a magazine etc. Thank you!
Baruch College and Stern, at NYU, both have well-regarded undergraduate programs. The former is public (CUNY) and cheap, the latter private and expensive. Check their websites and do yr research and you'll see if one is appropriate for you.
If you're just looking in Manhattan, then you can take a look at Pace and Yeshiva. If you're open to the other boroughs, then there's also Fordham and Manhattan College (Bronx) and St. John's (Queens).
However, I would rank Columbia, NYU and Baruch above all of those other schools.
BTW, Columbuia does NOT have an undergraduate business program. OTOH, as an Ivy graduate you would stand a good chance of landinga job in business/finance/banking anyway.
Fordham is also located in Manhattan by the lincoln center as well. I don't know what undergrad programs if any are offered there, but they're MBA program is offered there.

The business school is at Rose Hill in The Bronx.
