Lived in both UWS and UES. UWS doesn't do it for me-- too much just like other place. It reminds me of Arlington. Not in a bad sense, but not unique IMO. Maybe I am spoiled since I now live 2 blocks away from the Met / Central Park?

Regardless, there has never been a more subjective discussion than this thread.
