little italy? lol no such thing. It's a tijuana-style tourist trap one street wide. Most Italians left Manhattan in the past 20 years.

Christmas Spectacular show is a good one, maybe go to a Rangers game. See all the display windows at Macy's, Saks, & Bloomingdales. You should also go skating at Bryant Park, which is free but you have to bring your skates or you can rent some

Skating is "free" but skate rentals are $20.

There are no Rangers games on Christmas Eve or Christmas so they won't be able to do that.

A lot of bars close early on Christmas Eve. I often go out with friends for a nightcap after midnight Mass and it’s tricky to find a bar that’s open. They exist, but not as many as you’d think.
