If it was Thanksgiving it was most likely a turkey coop, right?

They broke down and called the LL and it was quickly taken care of. Originally they did not want to do this. Ground floor apt and they had some junk in the yard and did not want any hassle about that. Solution: Got rid of the junk and called the LL.

Case closed.
