Milady's bar a near 100 year old favourite has closed and the property likely for development into luxury housing. Jeremiah's Vanishing New York: Milady's Last Call

IHOP on Carmine Street in The Village is still open but a large "for rent" sign is now in the window meaning it's days are possibly numbered. Jeremiah's Vanishing New York: Carmine's IHOP

The IHOP on Carmine is too far west for the bar hoppers. It would be a gold-mine in a more neutral zone.
