By 2075 I'd guess that Manhattan will be built taller and denser, the 2nd Ave subway will have been extended downtown, we'll see congestion pricing in the CBD and further downtown, and the population will be even wealthier, having squeezed the working and middle classes out of Uptown except for those in some form of subsidized housing.
The Harlem, East, and Hudson River waterfronts will be lined with skyscrapers. This will probably fully happen by 2035. One or two more bridges/tunnels under the rivers. Manhattan will look generally the same just with dozens more skyscrapers sprinkled around. Downtown Brooklyn and Long Island City will become major business districts.
Perhaps a new type of above ground transit will be developed as well.
I was hoping it would be microapartments from DC to Boston.
