Sigh, i didnt want to personally get involved in this but this is why brokers are used.

Here's some REAL info (from someone actually working in the industry) i found matching your needs, all 2br/2ba

$3900 east village on 1ave/12st
$3700 east village on 9st/ave a
$3625 kips bay on 33st/2ave
$3595 upper east side 69st/1ave

North Jersey (Edgewater, Weehawken & Fort Lee)

20-25 minute bus ride to manhattan on a good day. Nice river views. Plenty of 2BR - 2BA INCLUDING parking.

No NYC taxes (you save $2000 a year)

I've gotten a few people on this board a place, this is true. Sometimes I've messaged people asking if they want my help sometimes I get messaged out of nowhere from other people. I no longer message people from here unless it's a reply to their questions.
