Looks like a Muslim radical struck a NYPD officer directly on the head with an axe. Then hit another officer in the back. Broad daylight in the middle of queens.

This clown mayor put himself available for sale more than any politician I've ever seen. What's one of the absolute first things he did? Disbanded an NYPD unit that monitored and gathered intelligence on potential Muslim radicals. Supposedly this guys social media was littered with jihadist talk - something that surely would have been picked up by a counter intelligence unit.

Be careful out there everyone. This Muslim terrorism problem will only get worse. And something is going to have to give - either we live with terrorist attacks like this on our streets, or we take some drastic measures that may not be easy.

I'm hearing the same thing about the perp's Facebook account. They're going to cover it up, make this a "random" attack. Even better, DeBlasio will bolster his progressive terrorism by making this into a "right winger, Tea Party anti-law enforcement" attack.

I hope for a speedy recovery for the injured cops and civilian bystander, and am VERY, VERY happy that the terrorist was killed without further innocent bloodshed.

Glad the officers made it, and took this piece of trash out.

Airborne, I'm going to PM you my number. Ebola confirmed, terrorists chopping cops in the head with an axe. about to hit the fan here and I know you're prepared.

Hurricane sandy hit around Halloween week a few years ago. Imagine of that happened with all this stuff going on now? De Blasio's first step would probably be banning the word 'black out' due to the sensitive implications it may have

Still photos & video of the perp swinging the hatchet, so I don't expect many claims that he wasn't. Of course, the other video includes someone using the word "pigs".
