That's a funny photo -- so many styles of architecture one after the other on one small block.
There's similar stuff in Williamsburg area, but in Flushing you have lots more medium sized developers do this anywhere where they can get a piece of land big enough. And they don't seem to be coordinating.
Williamsburg area you see a lot of the below. There were some brand new brownstone lookalike building next to some warehouses too, but I can't remember where I saw them. https://www.google.com/maps/@40.7184...5H3CLEiL1w!2e0
Yeah, nothing about it really fits except it's a house right next to a mall and it has some semblance of a front yard. But at least I tried.
Yes you did! And ultimately, it's difficult to know what exactly the director and production designer want, so I will still take a cap of this and present it to see if they want me to scout. It doesn't necessarily have to be a chain per se, but anything that looks commercial. The house having a front and back yard is also important. Thank you and everyone else for help and contributions! The more, the better, even if it might be "wrong" - it's all about options at this point!

Ha! An ex gf of mine lives right on that block. Crazy. The only issue is that the front and back yards are very important for this and I don't think there's many yards on that block. I may be wrong. Thanks though!
Northern Blvd in Woodside might be a good area to look as well because it's full of big ugly chains, gas stations, auto dealers, etc, and often the side streets are full of little houses.
