Called the 646 number and it was a hotline number with no live person to speak to. Called the management themselves was told by the receptionist to "be patient" then was hung up on. I may go to the office this week and hopefully someone can assist me. I also sent an email to their housing department.

I google mapped this address, and started looking through that area of Brooklyn. Was looking along Hawthorne St and there seemed to be some pretty decent houses; to my understanding, Flatbush in general gets a bad reputation. Is that the case?

Flatbush is not that bad at all. Lived there for over 10 years. Yes it does have its incidents here and there but I must say they have definitely been dwindling down due to the changing of the neighborhood and it has been getting better.

That's odd. I always get a live person, never a machine. I spoke to them just a few minutes ago.

Thank you so much for the correct number. Turns out my letter was returned back to them because my apartment number wasn't added. Log # is 2561 so I have a wait but its good to know I'll be waiting. Im currently in a 1 bedroom with my son. Good Luck everyone!

You're welcome. I hope we get it. Has anyone gotten an official yes? Last I spoke to them, they are waiting for 2 documents from me then sending my file out for final approval. I think I should know by the end of the month because city approval doesn't take long at all and the building should be done by next month. I need this apartment almost as much as I need air. Prayers up for everyone.

Yes! I hope all of us get in. I drive past at least once a week to see how things are going. it seems like it going to be a really nice building. I'm hoping I hear from them at least by the summer to send in any updated documents since my log # is a bit higher. 2 more months until the first round of people move it

Hey girl, nope I haven't gotten back an official approval yet either :/
Someone did call me to ask for one document and I faxed it in but they still wouldn't tell me if I'm going to get approved or not. Lol the suspense is killing me!
