The service is already much smaller.

But as you surely know, there is still a memorial every year on March 25 in Washington Square Park for the victims of the 1911 Triangle fire, so you're probably correct.

I don't think 9/11 was on the front pages of the papers this year. At some point in the distant future, 9/11 will be what Pearl Harbor day is today.

I finally made it there in the evening with my family. Quite an experience, felt almost spiritual to me.

One great thing was seeing the crowds of visitors up there just like before 9/11. Everybody enjoying that view like before.
