In all seriousness though , I had an office job before this, and I went from 180 to 210 during my first two years which were in the street, I just got the spot I'm in recently, I thought I was gonna lose weight on this job lmao noppeee!! And now the office spot isn't making it come off any easier lol

make a list of the stuff you eat during the week. i guarantee more then half of it is crap. stop eating crap, do a couple of pushups and you should be looking like brad pitt in his prime in no time

I lost weight as a foreman. Too much fun lunch time spots as a san men. Supervisors don't get lunch so no bad food
