I apologize for changing the topic. If your picking up garbage and the street where you need to pick up is closed because of construction work, do you come back later that day or when? I hear about local 731 laborers fight with San workers, then I hear sometimes they'll carry garbage bags and leave them on the corner of the street so they can get picked up. But how is it typically when you come across that?
Can someone confirm if the money order is $87 or $89? The paper says $87 but hearing conflicting things.
I asked HR and was told that its $87 (leave it blank after you get it from USPS and remember debit or cash only with them) - ignore the amount and reason shown on the paper we already had.

Depends on the block. In the Bx when I have encountered it, some of the constructiom vehicles moved and i went in backwards into the block. These were building flats, and the supers were outside to help us. There were a two flats that we had to drag to the truck, good thing supers were there to help. Other times they came out later but it usually gets picked up somehow. The supervisors will come out and talk to whoever they have to talk to to get it done. Thats been my experience. No fights or anything.
