Have said many times and you can see it for yourself nightly the woman in Lexus isn't the only white woman or man I've seen/can be seen going through the garbage outside of supermarkets, Starbucks, Duane Read, etc... Also have seen Chinese and Mexican delivery persons get off their bikes and go through supermarket trash.

Every household and business in NYC especially Manhattan throws their garbage out mostly in plastic bags. Thus supermarkets are no more immune from attracting vermin than large apartment buildings.

Main steps stores are doing to discourage diving is to have rubbish collected early. The Gristedes in our area now have rubbish collected before 9PM or 10PM. DAG's does not put it out until the next morning when truck arrives. Starbucks is the worse as they just throw stuff out even on days when there won't be a collection (holiday).

Again don't what bubble you live in but a walk around NYC late evening or overnight will open your eyes. Just go past the frequently mentioned Food Emporium (now Gristedes) on Third near 83rd any night of the week between 8PM and closing. Persons actually line up waiting for the bags to go out. You can sit at any bar across the street and watch the action.
A white person does not equally a wealthy person. There are homeless white people in NYC. So big deal that you see 15 white people going through the garbage. That does not mean the majority of white people in NYC go through the garbage for food. Just because you saw DELIVERY (probably illegal immigrants) go through the garbage does not mean most Asians or Hispanics in NYC go through the garbage.

Anyone who does stuff like that has little to no money.

I'm out in NYC frequently enough but I have better things to do than lurk around garbage, waiting to observe to see who is going to go through it.

Which is far, far away somewhere - both literally and conceptually.

You should therefore stop launching ridiculous arguments (statement 1) regarding things about which - by your own admission (statement 2) - you know absolutely nothing.
