I'm looking at a situation where I may be serving both federal and state jury duty at the same time. This should be interesting.

The first time I went to JD I was selected for a case. I showed up for the case (car accident) and they had us sit around and wait. They ended up settling and we left by noon.

The second time I went to JD I was almost selected for a case. Another car accident. Based on what they told us, I told them I would be biased, which was true. I wasn't selected.

Well, that's good to hear because I am biased about pretty much everything.
