i was actually hoping the knicks picked him up as a backup PG, but seems he wants to start and picked the nets. we'll be able to watch him play on local cable. but their team isn't very good and will be in the lottery next few years. lin should just ballhog and take 35 shots a game and be in the top 10 in scoring.

He's a great fantasy player to pick up. His stats should go up a lot.

I feel NYC wants to BADLY be a basketball town but, unfortunately, the story of the Knicks the past two decades point right to management (trading away draft picks, trading for and signing washed-up players, etc.). A little more pressure now that their little brother (Nets) have moved into town.

It's ridiculous that Cleveland, OH has an NBA title and we don't.
Any team LeBron goes to will be a title contender since he's such a great player and assistant GM, the NBA is where 1 or 2 players can change the outlook for a team.
