He's had quite a history and is a cult figure in New York. I doubt he will win though. His story is unique though and a bit impressive. He is said to know more about the transit system as a whole then any other current transit employee. I do hope he one day manages to stay out of trouble with this though. It certainly went far enough.

I think he does have aspergers. He might have a serious legal case here. I wouldn't poo-poo it.
