Bx my kitchen is open adjacent to the living room too, my favorite part is the bathroom it's a nice size always wanted a big bathroom. If you see a girl with black hair and clear glasses with a blonde hair little girl that's me lol
I like the open space layout, my only concern is the little gap underneath the front door. Need to find a door sleeve to cover that up. Does anyone else have the same concern? Also, what is the process for signing the lease, can you do it there at the building or do you need to go the management office in queens?

Inthebx @ I have a door draft stopper under my door. Also I had to go to the queens office to sign the lease. U can also get ur keys the same day as well from the super.
