So yes while the numbers of illegal immigrants from other nations has grown while illegal immigrants from Mexico have dropped, overall the population has declined. The main source of illegal immigrants from Latin America is Central America these days, and then there's the growth in Asian and African illegals as a percentage of illegals.
We don't even know how many illegal immigrants are in and entering the country much less to give a fair estimate of the number leaving.
We do. A fair number of illegals are just people who overstayed their visas and that's actually pretty easy to count.
There's other ways of assessing the illegal population. At some point they have to access social services, if not for them, but for their children. They send their kids to school (whether their kids were born overseas, or born over here). There are lots of ways to collect data on people.

Of course. There are probably quite a few illegal immigrants from Eastern Europe.

The problem is that the government has admitted that they cannot really track this subgroup of illegals. I do agree though that there are easier way to track them though.
Look in a any food or whatever window all over NYC and you'll see "help wanted" signs written in Spanish, usually for delivery persons but other jobs as well.
New York City is a very expensive place to live and options for finding "cheap" housing are getting tight for everyone. East Harlem once was such a place but the Hispanic/Latino "illegals are finding themselves priced out as the area gentrifies. Thus these people like others are finding themselves having to look outside of Manhattan (usually far out) to find housing they can afford. At some point many must crunch the numbers and realize they are better going back "home" or at least getting out of New York
Maybe they can move to wilkes barre so their US born kids can tip the PA electoral count.

Irish. Chinese. A lot of Chinese 'pregnancy tourism' throughout the states.
