The New York Archdiocese is on tear lately selling up churches and other properties. But hey, Saint Patrick's got a multi-million dollar clean-up job, so guess priorities are in the right place.

It looks like they will be selling only the older building. HRC has a much newer and modern facility elsewhere.

Look at the parish website. They were selling the older dilapidated building. Holy Rosary has a newer facility nearby.
