I'm saying, you acting like getting an apartment is easy pickings out here....you should be happy you even got an email.
An email for Cabrini Green Part Deux? I think not. I don't know about you, but if it takes an email like that to make someone happy, he or she doesn't have much of a life.

Well hopefully you find some place comfortable

I'm beginning to wonder how these lotteries really work. On another lottery, I had a lower log number, no CB preference, and someone else with a higher log number and without CB preference (same profile as me) was called.
I'm thinking they look at how high your income is to guarantee payment.
So for instance, if this lottery is for one person with an income range of between $100 - $200, with the person who makes $100 having a log number of 21 and the person who makes $200 having a log number of 33, they'll take person with log number 33 because they are at the upper end of the income range.
What do you guys think? Why else would they call someone with a higher log number - both without CB preference?
I think it's just random, but it is pretty frustrating.
Well, I think the lottery itself is random, but when the administrative company actually sits down and reads the applications, they hand pick them based on the information provided, I think. But yes, it is frustrating.
Well, I just received a rejection letter from this lottery. Now I can move on with my life!
