Thanks everyone. My day started off with my interview, where I submitted all my papers. Once done, I was approved. Was then shown 2 apartments. The first one on which wasn’t up to par for my standards. It wasn’t completely clean and the building renovations weren’t done. They’re still doing a ton of work on the grounds, which is fine. In the building I was shown between Park and Madison, only one elevator was working. Nope. Like i said before, the first apt wasn’t completely clean. You know when you’ve had a microwave so long that it’s numberic keys are indented? Yes. That was the case. There was a empty can in the bathroom too. I really wasn’t fond of the location. Even the guy who shown me the apt commented and said “They should’ve cleaned that one up.” I replied “Yeah, that’s not it.” So I asked to be shown another apt. I was particular with where I wanted to be, and they obliged. The second one I was shown was MUCH BETTER. Completely clean, and the kitchen countertops were better. Both the apts I was shown included Frigidaire air conditioners, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The heat was definitely circulating which was a huge plus for me too. I haven’t accepted it yet, and am mulling it over

Thanks for the descriptive experience! This is my kind of read!
Let us know if you accept or not.

To the rest of us - isn't it funny that when we're finally approved we wonder if we should take it or not? That happened to me with Steinway Estates lol

Congrats either way, it's great to have options . I'm hoping this will be the case for me soon. What is the deadline to make a decision?
