Hello Everyone,

I applied for NYCHA in 2013 and have been certified waiting to be called for an apartment at Pelham Parkway houses since 2015.

My mother is mobility impaired and because of that as I am waiting for an apartment at Pelham parkway houses , I can also see a current list of developments with empty wheelchair accessible apartments and I am given the option to select one of those instead. I monitor this weekly, my choices are as follows. I know most of these are NOPE , but I looked up Davidson and it seems to be a smaller quiet development...anyone familiar with it? Thank you for your help.

Second this

Honestly though even the "good" ones on the list fell off

Only reason we picked Carver is cause its in Manhattan
