What the hell are you talking about "come take them"? You think this is a teacher confiscating toys? Grow up dude.

You were waving the unconstitutional argument about - except of course you don't really want the 2nd amendment actual wording, you just want a bit of it. Suddenly the idea of the constitution drops away and you're clutching them tight.

I don't even know why you are all knickers-in-a-twist about it. You're a cop aren't you? No form of gun control is ever going to remove guns from cops, ex-cops, service members and ex-service members (bar some mental issue or domestic violence rap).

I no longer debate anti-gunners, it's a pointless endeavor with an ideology I've no interest in compromising with. So again: pass your laws - all of them - and let's get this party started already.

How do you get guns outside of your state?

in theory these stores are supposed to sell it to you regardless as a nys resident because not every city folk is keeping it in the city limits , but many stores just choose not to get involved with city folk
Why do stores outside NYC have any obligations to NYPD?

Long guns can be legally purchased in ANY state by any non-prohibited US citizen, it's just that most places won't do it. Beyond that, I can't reveal my secrets.

in pa we needed a pa drivers license to buy anything . in fact even though we had a house in pa we had to pay non resident for our hunting licenses . the catch 22 was in order to get our pa driver's license we would have had to have pa as our primary . or else it would have been insurance fraud .

in fact in pa they require no handgun license for target shooting and keeping one at home , only for carry . so a drivers license is all you need .

but the nys residence permit is no good off premise so your guns in pa are considered not legally held and you cannot bring them to pa .

pa laws say all firearms need to be legally held even though no permit is needed .
