i bet those apts are still empty. They do the interview thing for 1-2 years and hope that everyone gives up hope. By then a new apt lottery pops up and people focus on that one.

Speaking of lotteries, the one by the Major Deegan... Looks like people are moving in there, or at least I saw lights on in some of the apartments the last time I was passing by there. I actually just thought it was all one big hotel. lol
