First the article:

So Disney is going to move it's operations out of the UWS and down to SoHo / Hudson Square. They're going to demo and build a new facility down there. Their current UWS facility will be sold to Larry Silverstein, and likely demoed and replaced with condos.

The NIMBYs aren't going to like this.,

You can say that again... I'm in that area a lot. As long as they don't get rid of Joe Coffee a few blocks up, let 'em move.

A new Joe's Coffee (and Juice) just opened on UES (Third Avenue and 76th), and am nicely surprised. Clean, well laid out/decorated and the coffee beats pants off Starbucks.

As long as the baristas are competent, their coffee is great. I like to do cortados or cappuccinos with them. Their espressos are too short for me.

These are two different chains!

Joe and the Juice which is a Dutch chain.

Joe Coffee which is from the West Village but has a number of NY locations.
