Traffic suxxs ash today in Manhattan. I paid the toll, only yo get screwed for 45 minutes, driving in a loop.

Close 42st at third avenue? Kidding me! 4 lanes closed for nothing. Then I get to 47st to go crosstown, to be redirected north.

Marathon is tomorrow, Sunday, not today, but me and every other motorist go to where they need to go very late.

All I can say now is,to the runners "break a leg"

Nothing works.

Can't drive in.
Qboro probably closed again this weekend (I don't bother even thinking about going into the city on the weekend anymore so I don't know and don't care)
LIRR might be working but it's every 2 hours, still don't know if they recovered after Friday morning debacle

Basically can't go anywhere off hours. This is why these retail stores in Manhattan are going out of business. People are saying f*** it. Support your local neighborhood businesses. Let Manhattan starve until Cuomo decides to fix it. Out of Region/International Tourists probably get them 50%. Shut down the regional (NJ/CT/SI etc. )consumption and they will feel it. Medium and Large businesses are not putting enough pressure on Cuomo or DeBlasio. So make them hurt until they do.

Some one's been doing their homework.
Good job.

Marathon doesn't go near the 40's in Manhattan so blame the 42nd and Third Ave and 47th traffic on someone else.

I went from Queens this morning around 10:30 by subway and it wasn't too bad. The 7 was working fine, and I made a last minute decision when I got to Times Square to go to Spring Street, and I managed to catch an E or C train that was only slow for a few minutes. All in all, not as bad as some other horrible weekend track work pain in the ass days I've experienced.

It's entirely a toss up. The person who left the house 5 minutes after you probably had a 1 hour delay. People are tired of leaving this stuff up to chance.

Those runners do their 26 miles over the boros. But they reside in midtown for the weekend. They we pre running? Cops closed so many streets this morning.

I drive in on the weekends cause the train sucks. 26 mi door to door vs 45 minutes on the train. Comfort over convenience on my "last day of the week."

For those that dont know, outer borough folks have a car and like to use it.

Wow. The 7 is working fine with all that wind. Impressive.
I'm not going anywhere near it.
