wow no weekend that’s where I’m going to have a problem at smh 🤦🏾*♀️ The ppl that’s helping me move in is only available on the weekend due to their work schedule.

Idk if they change how their are doing it. But you should have been approved by HPD before viewing a unit

I think what I’m trying to say is how long do u have to wait until they call you to sign your lease ?

It shouldnt be that long. If you are paying with a housing subsidy after your program complete an inspection and HRA pay the one month rent & security deposit. Usually HRA is the holdup.

C & C should be contacting you for lease signing soon. Which building are you moving in? From experience once I saw the unit I signed my lease a few days after that. Thankfully I had the money up front.

Yes a lot of people was saying it took them a week or a week and a half I’m moving into 4439 i got a feeling they going to have me move in on the 1st... i been holding on to this money forever and now I’m about to get paid again which is going to help out a lot... i was reading all you guys experience I’m like okay shouldn’t take long lol

I just moved into that building so we going to be neighbors. For sure you will be in there for April 1
