All those educated career white people that moved to NYC in thr past 20 years for careers will end up moving out due to coronavirus pandemic. This is one thing that past mayor's like Giuliani and Mike Bloomberg did not prepare for and how to retain educated and talented workforce after a major catasophie that is worse than 9/11.

9/11 create some decrease rents downtown, and those apartments were immediately snapped up (a friend of mine got one IIRC.) It'll be the same thing when this event ends.

Almost of all of the people who bugged out now will be coming back.

I'm watching the real estate trends though hotpads stopped giving me information in regards to buying, only rent.
