Is anyone familiar with the building 1952 Second Avenue ( Metro Court), and the area?

I used to live in Washington projects when I was a kid. Now I’m 41. I’m trying to find a place to is close to my MIL (she’s on 94th and 1st) and I was told about the management company and they in turn directed me to the building.

I want to know how are the residents? I really don’t want people outside building all the time but if it’s elderly enjoying the nice weather I can deal. I know nothing much of the area now only what I have seen in passing.

Doesn’t seem like anything I’m not used to. My husband and I also are putting our name on the waitlist for Franklin Plaza. By then my son could be 5 or 7 which isn’t too bad 🤷🏽

Thanks
