This topic is getting boring, we all know the direction things are heading
Currently gentrifying neighborhoods will gentrify more, and their neighboring neighborhoods will gentrify too

Whites will be leaving the city so Gentrification will happen much less . Crime will skyrocket thanks to the city council. Housing is dropping and will continue to go lower . The money has been made .

The Bronx. Grand Concourse near Fordham and Kingsbridge - near subway and beautiful art deco, and 1920s pre-war buildings.

I spent the first two years of my life at 2685. Went back a lot because my Grandmother and great aunts lived there.
