Currently gentrifying neighborhoods will gentrify more, and their neighboring neighborhoods will gentrify too
Whites will be leaving the city so Gentrification will happen much less . Crime will skyrocket thanks to the city council. Housing is dropping and will continue to go lower . The money has been made .
As 2020 apporaching the new decade and year which city neighborhoods will transform the most by 2030 a 10 year timeframe

The Bronx. Grand Concourse near Fordham and Kingsbridge - near subway and beautiful art deco, and 1920s pre-war buildings.
