But can we sit at the bar? My bars aren't ever going to hit the old 25% let alone 50%.

I doubt it. I just wanna sit at the bar I remember March 16th, 2020 like it was yesterday. Last day bars could be open and I had a feeling I should savor the time. Talking and laughing with friends, dancing on the bar, lot's of tequila, strangers in the bar were like long life friends, no one wanting to leave at 8pm when we had to. Sad it's been a year since I've been able to have a fun time like that.

I just wish they'd drop the stupid food requirement and early closing time. I've spent quite a few Friday/Saturday nights in JC/Hoboken over the past month.

Too little too late and both deBlasio and Cuomo know it. The message to restaurants is that they are no longer welcome in 'woke' NYC.

Will you still have to fill out that "contract tracing" sheet?

Agreed. I hate having to order food even when I'm not hungry.

Wait a minute. The curfew is still set at 11pm? Even for the rest of the state (except NYC, of course) set at 75%, the curfew remains the same?

50% capacity increase won't make any difference if bar seating is not allowed. Most bars cannot even go over 25% capacity without being able to use their bar service area.
