I haven't seen a sub $10 per person restaurant in NYC since high school in the 90's. Even Applebee's 2 person special is more.

Maybe you're better off waiting until Restaurant Week or something, do you know how expensive the rent is for these places? They're all in gentrified or gentryfing areas and you want under $10 a plate.
