Today we went to a garden I never was before ..the floral park centennial gardens. It was to hot so we stayed about an hour .

We only go to the queens botanical garden on a Sunday since it is easy to street park .

Other places we hit each week are the Oceanside preserve for birds , Oakland lake in bayside , fort totten , the planting fields and Jamaica bay wildlife refuge , Clark’s botanic garden .

We try to get out daily somewhere .

At least once a month we try to get to the Bronx zoo and ny botanical gardens
