Way cool. My favorite is that caterpillar or grub or larva or whatever you call the dude hanging off of the closeup of the red flower in the third photo.
Today we went to a garden I never was before ..the floral park centennial gardens. It was to hot so we stayed about an hour .
We only go to the queens botanical garden on a Sunday since it is easy to street park .
Other places we hit each week are the Oceanside preserve for birds , Oakland lake in bayside , fort totten , the planting fields and Jamaica bay wildlife refuge , Clark’s botanic garden .
We try to get out daily somewhere .
At least once a month we try to get to the Bronx zoo and ny botanical gardens
