What street is that? I think pretty much every street in Queens that isn't a highway is 25 now, even streets that were previously 35 or even 40 mph.

Staten Island - on Hylan Blvd near Tysens Lane. Lowered from 35 to 30 on a six-lane road that easily and safely handled 35mph.
