The city is not back to pre-pandemic levels yet but definitely a lot better than before. And vaccine proof mandate is gone. If you don't know yet, that just means you haven't gone out.

Tourist were out full force today. Happy for the city they are back but man I can't take the slow walk or just stopping.

i don’t see the international tourist quite back yet. i use to see many tourist bus in midtown.
